Our spacious brand-new 35 m² Studio Mezzanine in Crete for couples, with private separate entrance, fully equipped kitchenette with 2 induction hobs and combi microwave-oven, fridge and freezer. open-plan living room with cosy seats, wardrobe and 40 inch smart-iptv (all channels). A lovely balcony style mezzanine accessible by a stair with king size double bed, mirror and clothes rack. Bathroom with rainshower, closet with mirror and toilet. Air conditioning and wireless internet (wifi).

Policies

• Check-in and check-out.

  Check-in time is from 14:00 pm, Check-out time, the latest at 12:00 am. Please let us know before, what time you will arrive at our place.

• Payments

  Included: Airconditioning, electricity*, water, Bedlinen, Bathtowels, End cleaning.
  In order to confirm your booking, a reservation deposit worth 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after our provisional confirmation of your booking.
  The balance for your stay must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival by bank transfer.*Our price includes energy costs unless excessive use (> 75 kWh/week). Excessive energy consumption will be settled on site (€ 0.40 kWh).Climate Resilience tourist tax €2.00/night is mandatory and will be added to the total price.

• Smoking

  Smoking is not allowed inside our Apartments

• Cancellation

  Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing by email. You will receive also by email, a confirmation of your cancellation.

• Corona guarantee

  We guarantee a free rebooking or 100% refund in the form of a voucher in case of a forced cancellation of your booking. This only applies if you are forced to cancel your holiday before the departure date due to legal circumstances concerning the corona virus (travel ban from Foreign Affairs, suspension of air traffic, closed borders). The voucher is valid for three years and can therefore be used for a new reservation. In all other cases, the cancellation conditions below apply.

  In case of cancellation:

  up to 30 days before the booked date of arrival: We refund your booking deposit (and 100% of the remaining amount if it was already paid). Less than 30 days before arrival date: We keep your paid deposit as cancellation cost. Less than 15 days before the booked date of arrival: You will receive no refund of the booking deposit and no refund of the remaining amount. In case of cancellation at our place or early departures you will receive no refund. In case of cancellation apply the above criteria, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. We advise you to arrange for a reliable travel and / or cancellation insurance.

• House Rules

  You have to switch off the airco when you leave the Apt. Prohibited to bring more guests inside as booked. Smoking is only allowed outside the Apartment. Our towels may not be used at the beach,we ask our guests to bring their own beach towels. In case of damage caused by the guest (broken crockery,furniture..)we are obliged to charge this.
